Birth dates:

Birth dates are displayed in the European
style, showing day, month, year. For example, the birth date of
Israël Knaster, the first child listed (convoy 1), is December 31, 1924,
displayed as "31.12.24." For unknown birth dates, children have been assigned a
fictional birth date of January 1 of the year indicated; thus, "01.01.38"
indicates only that the child was born in 1938. |
