| Berthold BONNEM was 17 years old when he was
deported on convoy 13 of July 31, 1942. His
sister Edith, 15, left on convoy 14
of August 3, and their brother Rudolf, 13, on
convoy 42 of November 6, 1942. They lived
in Alençon (Sarthe), where a remarkable public tribute recently was paid
to Edith Bonnem, resulting from research done by a class in the school where
she studied. |
