| Salomon MANTEL was born on November 15, 1926,
in Lille. He was arrested in the Ceramics School of Golfe Juan
(Alpes-Maritimes), where several other adolescent Jews were caught by the
Gestapo. Salomon was known as Sylvain. He was deported on October 28, 1943, on
convoy 61. Repatriated to Mulhouse in 1945,
he died shortly thereafter. |
