| Chana (Anna) POKOIK was born on March 5, 1925,
in Lodz, Poland. She was deported with her mother, Faygla, on
convoy 13 of July 31, 1942. Her sister
Hélène, born in Paris (12th arr.) on December 26,
1933, followed them on convoy 20 of August
17, 1942. The Pokoik family lived in Paris at 64 rue Vieille du Temple (3rd
arr.), where they were caught in the Vel d'Hiv roundup. |
