The SZEJMAN family lived in Saint-Martin-du-Bois (Gironde), where they had fled from Nancy (Meurthe-et-Moselle). Rywka, the mother, and her five children were deported on February 3, 1944, on convoy 67. The children were Hénie, age 18; Ida, 15; Sarah, 13; Anna, 11; and the youngest, a boy, Léon, age 7.
