| Paul SZWARC was born on July 16, 1931. He was
arrested on his 11th birthday during the Vel dHiv roundup. He was held in the
Vel d'Hiv with his parents, who were deported before him. Paul followed them on
convoy 22 of August 21, 1942. The family
lived at 25 rue de la Vistule (13th arr.). Paul's older brother, Joseph,
escaped the roundups and is one of the most passionate supporters in keeping
alive the victims' memory. |
