Roger LENZIKI was born in Mannheim,
Germany, on December 10, 1938. He came from Antwerp to take refuge in France
and was interned in the Bompard Emigration Center in Marseilles. The family
hoped to go from there to Shanghai. He was arrested with his mother, Bertha,
during the big Vichy roundup on August 26, 1942, and they were deported on
convoy 33 of September 16, 1942. |
