| Rachel BAJTEL was deported on
convoy 69 of March 7, 1944, with her two
children, Diane, age 4, born on January 14, 1940, in Chartres, and
Alain, 2, born on January 12, 1942, in nearby LaCroix-du Perche
(Eure-et-Loire). Arrested there on February 22, 1944, they were interned in the
Chartres prison and then transferred to Drancy for deportation. |
