Maurice GATTEGNO, born on October 22, 1932, in
Paris, was arrested in Nice at 14 rue Bavastro. He was the youngest of the 878
deportees on convoy 73 of May 15, 1944, to
Kaunas and Reval. On the left is Maurice's mother; she was not deported. On the
right is his aunt, Ruhle Skorzipek, who was deported on convoy 64. |
