| This picture was taken in December 1943, when the
pupils of the public school in Villemomble, near Paris, dressed up in costumes
for a school function. The little girl in the shawl is Alda NAAR; she
was born on February 19, 1929, in Villemomble (Seine), where she lived at 27
avenue de Rosny. She was arrested and deported on February 3, 1944, on
convoy 67, just about a month after the
picture was taken. |
