that is why the destruction of the State of Israel is and will remain the first priority of anti-Semitism. Auschwitz was the negation of the Jewish people. Israel is the negation of Auschwitz. One of the chief battlefields on which this war is being waged is in Europe.
Jews and non-Jews, you have not the right to remain indifferent or inactive. We must and we can act.

Serge is assisting Joseph Billig in putting together a detailed in-depth study of the contributions made by Achenbach to the "final solution" in France. We hope this study will put an end to Achenbach's career in the Bundestag. Achenbach is one of the German deputies who has joined with representatives from other countries in sponsoring a parliamentary association for European-Arab cooperation, a cooperation that will, of course, suffocate Israel. Serge is also issuing a paper that we intend to distribute selectively in Germany. It reproduces, among others, a document proving that Lischka and the High Command of the Gestapo knew what was to be done at Auschwitz to the Jews who were arrested in France and deported. This document will dispose of the principal argument of the defense. If our pressure is great enough, Lischka and Hagen will be found guilty. In order that this trial of the agents of the final solution in France succeed, that it be a fitting memorial to the 100,000 victims, that it obstruct the rehabilitation of Nazi criminals in Germany and Vichy collaborationists in France, that it compel the Germans and the French to face up to their heavy responsibility toward the Jewish people, we need to mobilize much energy, much effort, much support from our friends, and a good dose of luck. I deeply hope we will succeed, I deeply hope to bring effective assistance to Israel, and I hope that after next summer we can return to the Dalia kibbutz, which we love as if it were our home. I hope that those who have placed their confidence in us will continue to hold us in their esteem.

Its contents include a study of Achenbach and the Final Solution of the Jewish problem in France; and the paper that refutes the principal argument Lischka and his associates intend to use in their defense. These two documents (which we have financed) will be delivered to each of the 500 deputies of the Bundestag. I also make public a list of the 950 Germans who committed war
