This 73-page technical work on Prussic acid provides a detailed look at what German scientists knew about the poison in 1933. As the name of the work indicates -- Prussic Acid in Pest Control -- it was to be used in the extermination of lice, ticks, and other vermin. Its author could not have known that just eight years later, experiments would begin in the use of this extremely deadly poison on "human animals."
