Dear Mad Revisionist,

I have investigated the Sydney Olympic Games hoax and my prelimiary research, using the correct revisionist methodology, reveals some surprising flaws in the "eyewitness" testimonies.  Some witnesses to the games claimed to have seen the Opening Ceremony, whilst other eyewitnesses said they watched the athletics events, and still others mentioned they saw swimming races.  It is clear that none of these "eyewitnesses" were able to get their story straight. With such obvious discrepancies in their testimonies, the thinking person should conclude that the games never occurred!

But what is really disturbing is the fact that the vast majority of these witnesses are Australians!  Now who benefits from the Games hoax? Australians do!  Australian business has been raking in millions of dollars from the publicity which has attracted thousands of tourists in recent weeks.

Now Australians make up less than 0.4% of the world's population, and yet it just so happens that nearly 90% of the people who supposedly witnessed the Games are Australians themselves.  Coincidence?  I think not.  Any reasonable person should ignore the testimonies of such obviously biased eyewitnesses in the first place.

But it is also interesting that numerous so-called "eyewitnesses" I have interviewed candidly admitted they had NOT EVEN SEEN the alleged stadiums first-hand, preferring to believe that the images supplied on their television sets were bona fide.  Now putting aside the fact that it is in the Australians interests to lie in order to perpetuate the Olympic hoax, how can we believe simple uncritical people who claim that TV images of the Games (which could easily be faked) somehow constitute proof that these "Games" really occurred?

And one must not forget that the costs of simulating the games using cinematographic technology (similar to that which was used in the movie "Star Wars: The Phantom Menace") are lower than the costs of actually building the stadiums and staging the Games for real.  So long as the images provided on the television sets are convincing, tourists would undoubtedly be lured to Australia regardless of whether the Games really happened or not.

Don't you think, Mad Revisionist, that in light of my valuable research, the world should be alerted to this clever hoax?
