it doesn't take much to make a difference. |
| Innocent civilians are being
terrorised and killed. Each day there are reports
of more murders. East Timor is a smaller version
of Kosovo - right on Australia's door step.
Our people have no where to escape to. We need
your help now.
Thousands have fled their villages, afraid of
violence. They shelter in fear in the homes,
backyards and sheds of friends, or in churches and
public halls.
The weakest are suffering most from lack of
food, shelter and basic medical care. Some have
been away from home for weeks and months, unable
to farm or provide for themselves.
Please give whatever you can. Our aid workers
in Timor will put your gift to work right away
helping the most needy.
