Isaac and Jacob JAKUBOWITZ were born in Nancy (Meurthe-et-Moselle) on May 23, 1927, and June 22, 1924, respectively. In this picture they are shown with their parents, Israel and Entla, also deported. The two brothers were put on convoy 68 of February 10, 1944, from the Cernay camp near Poitiers. Their younger sister, Estelle (in her father's arms), born in Nancy on February 1, 1938, had been taken in by the UGIF center at Louveciennes and was deported on convoy 77 of July 31, 1944.
