He was arrested in Paris on December 12,
1941, by the Gestapo and deported to Auschwitz. He was liberated from
Buchenwald by the American Army on April 11, 1945.
Georges Weller is

Georges Wellers is a member of the Executive
Committee of the Center of Contemporary Jewish Documentation and the editor of
the review, "Le Monde Juif". He was the only French witness at the Eichmann
trial in Jerusalem.
