THE MARSHAL: Persons in the courtroom will please find their seats.

The Honorable, the Judges of Military Tribunal II-A. Military Tribunal II-A is now in session. God save the United States of America and this honorable Tribunal.

There will be order in the Court. 
 
PRESIDING JUDGE MUSMANNO: Military Tribunal H-A will come to order and proceed with the arraignment of the defendants in Case No. 9. The Secretary General will call the roll of the defendants.
