No. 12/C of the Reich Leader SS, the Reich Commissioner for the Strengthening
of Germanism, of 9 February 1942, with regard to the treatment of persons
entered in the German People's List, marriages of members of group 3 of the
German People's List are permissible both with other members of group 3 of the
German People's List as well as with German citizens.
