| The prosecution has not submitted a single
document against the defendant Scheide which shows his name. He has not been
mentioned by any witness. No evidence has been submitted which would show his
individual guilt. Whether under these circumstances a conviction can be arrived at according to Control Council Law No. 10, if all Scheide can be charged with is membership in the SS, will be decided by this High Tribunal. |
