Problem Ignaz Petschek
As reported by State Counselor Reinhardt, the Group Ignaz Petschek is
not willing to take into account the changed conditions and transfer its
property into German hands.
According to Article 1, Section 3 of the
Third Decree to the Reich Citizenship Law of 14 June 1938,* Reichgesetzblatt
Part I, page 627, the business enterprise of a person is to be considered
Jewish:
a. if one or several of the legally appointed
representatives of the firm, or one or several members of the supervisory board
of directors are Jews; |
