I approve the
foundation of the "Reich Association Coal" [Reichsvereinigung Kohle] with the
tasks laid down in the enclosed minutes,¹ and confirm the following

its members are responsible to me for the execution [Durchfuehrung] of the
tasks pertaining to the coal industry in the Greater German Reich. At the same
time I authorize the Reich Minister for Economics to take all the necessary
measures. |
