this circular was sent to nine other plants, mines, or agencie [sic] of Sparte
I: two departments or addresses at the Bitterfeld plant; Department "N" at
Wolfen; Department "N" at Frankfurt-Hoechst; I. G. Bergwerke; Gewerkschaft
Auguste-Victoria; Oil Department of Farben's Berlin NW 7 Office; Department "N"
at the Oppau plant; and Badammon (attention of the defendant, Oster). Badammon
stands for "Badische Ammoniakwerke." This department handled and supervised
Farben's agreements with members of the Nitrogen Syndicate (Stickstoff Syndikat
