There are also links to a number of papers relating to the Balkans, the authors of whom take the view that US policy has been based on mainfold false assumptions, is not working, is giving rise to serious economic problems to the countries of south-east Europe and those who trade with them, and will inevitably entail serious consequences for the future conduct of international relations and US foreign relations with various countries, particularly the Russian Federation.
