partisans from Upper
Carniola and Lower Styria to the Altreich (Germany proper). |

| By order of the Reich Leader SS
dated 25 June 1942, Journal No. 323/42 Top Secret the children of partisans and
rebels who were classified according to the recognized groups by the SS Race
and Settlement Main Office, are to be transferred from the areas above named
into the Altreich and there to be looked after by the VoMi. The children of category 1 and 2 between 1/2 and 12 years of age are to be handed over by VoMi to the "Lebensborn", Munich 2, Herzog-Maxstrasse 3-7, which is responsible on its part for the care and/or adoption of those valuable children.
