Generaldirektor Dr.-Ing. eh. Ernst Poensgen Duesseldorf Stahlhof
Subject: Iron smelting works in Lorraine and Luxembourg.
The
Reich Marshal ordered upon suggestion that the smelting works located in the
districts of Lorraine and Luxembourg should be cared for, directed and managed
on their own account by individual persons or enterprises suited to manage
concerns, on behalf of the Reich. After the return of peacetime economic
conditions these trustees, unless conditions are changed by circumstances, are
to be given an opportunity to purchase the Plants which they have administered.
They must obligate themselves, in acquiring the property which they have taken
over, not to sell directly or indirectly to third persons in whole or in part,
without the approval of the Reich.
