In conclusion I should like to draw your attention
to a point which is important. The firm of Krupp will have to decide by the end
of February 1943 whether it will make the modification of capital which is
possible on the strength of the decree regarding surrender of dividends. Since
this modification would be superfluous in the event of a law being published,
and would be connected with unnecessary work and high costs, I would be
grateful to you, therefore, if you would inform me beforehand whether the
proposed way appears acceptable to the Fuehrer.
