Detailed descriptions of the experienes of two Jewish males, one who was in Kiev at the time of the Babi Yar massacre in September 1941, both of whom were sent to the Syretsk concentration camp, some of whose inmates were forced to participate in the exhumation and burning of the corpses of those murdered at Babi Yar.  Both also describe how they escaped.  These reminiscences are reproduced here by kind permission of their editor and publisher, Prof. Dr.Dr.h.c.
